About Me
Sandip Mody
I grew up in Greendale, Wisconsin—a small, tight-knit suburb just outside Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In many ways, Greendale reminds me of Pepper Pike: a place where neighbors look out for one another and families put down roots to form the heart of the community. It was an ideal place to grow up, and the values I absorbed there—community, integrity, and a belief in the power of education—have stayed with me ever since.

After leaving Milwaukee, I pursued degrees from top-tier business schools, University of Wisconsin at Madison and University of Michigan Ross Business School. I now have decades of experience leading Fortune 500 companies through complex transformations, I’ve consistently prioritized, aligned diverse perspectives, and achieved results with transparency. I have the strategic insight and leadership expertise necessary to turn resident concerns into real, actionable change.

Six years ago, my wife and I made a big decision—to move our young family back to the Cleveland area where she grew up. After years of living in cities across the country, we felt a strong pull to return to our roots and be closer to the people who matter most: our extended family. As we explored the suburbs, Pepper Pike stood out immediately. The natural beauty, the sense of calm, and the strong civic spirit, all caught our attention.

We knew this was where we wanted to raise our daughters. So we set out to build a home—a place filled with energy, laughter, and room to grow. And over the past six years, that’s exactly what Pepper Pike has become for us. Whether it’s walking along our new trails to the local park, chatting with neighbors during evening strolls, or simply enjoying the peaceful tree-lined streets, we’ve found a deep sense of belonging here. Our daughters have flourished, and we’ve made lifelong friendships with people who were once strangers but now feel like family.

Choosing Pepper Pike wasn’t just about finding a place to live—it was about finding a community to grow with. And we’re so grateful to be a part of it.

My parents immigrated to the United States from India as young adults, chasing the promise of opportunity and a better future. Their journey—and the sacrifices they made—deeply shaped my perspective on hard work, service, and gratitude. As a physician and engineer, they built a life from the ground up, and in doing so, they gave me the foundation to pursue my own path with purpose and determination.
